What the association sees

What it never sees
- A single farm: the dashboard only shows totals.
- An area with fewer than 3 farms: it shows as “Other areas”.
- Any member’s sales, expenses or money.
How it works, in 3 steps
- Create the groupIn the app, under “My association or co-op”, with the group’s name. Or message us and we set it up for you. You get a 6-character code.
- Each member joins with the codeOn their own phone, under “My association or co-op”. The app explains what they share and they accept. They can leave any time.
- The advisor checks the dashboardThe whole group’s animals, vaccines, calvings and milk, added up. It updates by itself.
If the group needs it
We load your producers’ data from Excel, train them in a meeting and put together a plan that fits the group.
